ESSENIA was founded in 1988, when F.E. Eckard Strohm’s book Angels of Atlantis was published. It is a spiritual home for the seekers of spiritual truth.

In an age characterized by cold materialism and at the same time flooded with esoteric supply, it is very difficult for the individual to find the “right path.” There is a fine line between courses that offer very little and associations that limit personal freedom. Essenia was founded to help us to choose. Our aim is to help people recognize their own freedom and live this freedom with responsibility as they develop spiritually.

For example, the angel courses transmit that indescribable feeling of freedom that is offered to us by getting in touch with the divine. The course of “Return to the Light” helps us to overcome our fears of the unknown and our fears of death, which is a very real part of life. Quoting a well-known philosopher: “Only he who has no fear of life, has no fear of death.”

Completing these courses helps us to live our lives more harmoniously, in balance with ourselves and with the Creation itself.
